Solvent-Free Extraction

We use sonofragmentation, a mechanical, solvent-free method to extract bioactives from Colombian fruits. This preserves the full integrity of antioxidants, polyphenols, and nutrients—without generating toxic residues.

Upcycling Local Biodiversity
